It was Necessary

This week we commemorate the greatest day in the History of everything. The Gospel According to Luke chronicles three unique encounters on this day. Besides the obvious revelation that Jesus has risen from the dead each encounter contains a message from Jesus. This message tells us exactly why this day is so monumental, what it means to each of us, how we should remember it. And it brilliantly displays the most unbelievable aspect of God's character.
