A Memorial to Her Love for Jesus

Over the past many weeks of study in our current series, covering this third day of passion week we have seen a lot of bad examples. People who claim to be lovers of God who would not know Him if He stood right in front of them. And we know this because He is and they despise Him. But what does a true lover of God look like? Where are the good examples in the Gospel narrative? This week we see one, maybe the best that there is, Mary of Bethany. Which is oddly followed by what we would consider the worst example, Judas Iscariot. These two examples, especially seen side by side, have a lot to teach us.
