Mercy Exemplified

Jusus is still in Jerusalem for the Feast of Tabernacles, and the Pharisees are still out to discredit Him in front of the people. The level to which they are willing to stoop to do that really comes into focus here. These hypocrites drag a woman caught in sin before Jesus and demand to know how He would judge her. This is a pretty remarkable moment. The way Jesus responds bodily is intriguing and what He says is masterful. What Jesus will go on to say to the woman that they brought before Him is among the most cherished words that He will ever speak.
