Defilement Comes from Within

The Pharisees that Jesus shut down during the "Bread of Life Discourse" are not done coming after Him. They are looking for things to pick at and they shortly find something they can go after Him about. They say, "you sir are a horrible Rabbi because your disciples don't wash their hands according to our traditions before they eat". Thats the best they can come up with? This foolishness however opens a door for Jesus to really expose their hypocrisy. This is not as silly as it all sounds. What Jesus says is huge, it tells us many really deep things about our hearts, our standing before God, and what it takes to be saved.
