After John proclaims Jesus to be the "Lamb of God", Jesus hangs around overnight in Bethabara. Why? Because the next day He has a Divinely ordained meeting with His first two disciples. By the end of the following day that number will blossom to 5. How Yeshua appeals to each of them is unique. It shows us so many things about who Jesus is and how He reaches out too and appeals to each of us uniquely. And we see the many ways that a true encounter with Jesus changes us from day one!
