The Power of Faith - Purpose in Suffering

Last week we saw Jesus atop a mountain being transfigured as three of His disciples look on. It is now the next day, Jesus and the three and coming back down the mountain discussing the moment that they were in and how it fit into God's prophesied plan of redemption. Once down the mountain they find the other disciples in the midst of a crowd and arguing with some Scribes. The dust up seems to be about the son of a father who is demon possessed and suffering. What Jesus does in this moment to speak to every type of person gathered is stunning. There is layer upon layer of important truth being spoken by Jesus about faith and what it means to follow Him. This is huge!
